Shipping Policy
As our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand service, our shipping process includes both production time and shipping transit time.
Processing & Production Times

Production: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipping. Please note that specialized items (like embroidered apparel or heavier items such as sweaters) may occasionally require production times closer to the upper end of this range, or slightly longer during high-demand seasons. This time is required before the shipment leaves the facility.

Order Tracking: Once your order is created and shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with a tracking number.
Estimated Shipping Times (Transit)
Shipping transit times are calculated after the production time is complete. These are estimates and depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the final destination.

Note on Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be levied upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to the Damages and Issues section above in the Refund Policy.
