Refund and Replacement Policy


Our 30-Day Defective Item Policy

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size).

Please Note: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our art products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection by the customer, or change of mind. All sales are final, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

Damages and Issues (The Only Eligible Returns)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right by filing a claim with our fulfillment partner.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a defective item, you must:

Provide your order number.

Include clear photographic evidence showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received.

The Replacement and Refund Process

Initiating Contact: You must first contact us at szeto@byszeto.art to start a defective return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Approval: If your claim is approved based on the photographic evidence, we will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you, or process a full refund.

Return Shipping: Do not send the damaged product back. If a return is absolutely necessary (which is rare for approved claims), our team will contact you with a specific return address and a pre-paid shipping label.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any product that is damaged due to misuse or wear and tear after delivery.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

If you exercise this right for a non-defective item, the product must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. You will need to contact us first at szeto@byszeto.art to receive the proper return instructions, including the correct return address.

Refunds (for Approved Claims)

We will notify you once your claim is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
